How do I know if my water is safe to drink?
- At regular intervals, TCWD submits samples as required by the state. Results can be found in the Document Library under Water Results.
Why hasn’t TCWD installed water meters?
- The TCWD Board has explored installation of water meters within the district to accurately assess water usage by individual property. Justification of the cost to install and monitor is not cost effective as of Winter 2020. Additionally, limited cell service with the district reduces the type of monitoring systems applicable as most need reliable singal strength for usage. The Board will continue to review the opportunity on an annual basis.
